Your investment includes elegant cabin lodging, farm-to-table meals including chef's dinner with wine pairings, all workshops, group activities, excursions, and materials.
Airfare to Charlotte, insurance, airport transfers, meals while traveling, and additional alcoholic beverages are not included.

We've made our payment process flexible to accommodate your planning. Secure your spot with a deposit and let us handle the rest with convenient billing.
Key Payment Milestones
Deposit: $750 due at booking to reserve your space.
Second Payment: Due February 1, 2026. Single: $1,000 | Double: $875.
Final Payment: Due April 1, 2026. Single: $1,000 | Double: $875.
FIRST 5 deposits receive a private 30-minute pre-retreat strategy session.
How Your Payment Works
Book before Feb 1, 2026: Secure your spot with a $750 deposit now. We will auto-bill your card for the second payment on Feb 1 and the final payment on Apr 1.
Book on/after Feb 1 but before Apr 1: A $750 deposit is required at booking, with the remaining balance auto-billed on April 1, 2026.
Book on/after Apr 1, 2026: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Your Peace of Mind
48-Hour Window: Deposit today with confidence. If you change your mind within 48 hours, we'll issue a full refund. (Standard policy applies thereafter.)
One Free Transfer: Should your plans change, you may transfer your retreat seat to a qualified friend once, free of charge, if requested by April 7th, 2026.
We keep this intimate—just ten seats—so each commitment matters. Please read carefully.
Your cancellation (you initiate)
Through January 15, 2026:
The $750 deposit is non-refundable.
Any additional payments made are refundable.
January 16 – February 29, 2026:
Deposit remains non-refundable.
50% of additional payments are refundable. Remaining 50% is non-refundable.
March 1 – March 31, 2026:
Deposit non-refundable.
25% of additional payments are refundable. Remaining 75% is non-refundable.
On/after April 1, 2026:
All payments are non-refundable and non-creditable.
Transfers & seat substitutions
You may transfer your seat to an approved participant (we screen for fit to protect the room) through April 7, 2026.
Transfer fee: $150. Any price differences for room type or add-ons apply.
After April 7, transfers are not available.
If we must postpone or cancel
If Rejuvenate & Rise is postponed or canceled by us (including venue issues or facilitator illness), you may transfer 100% of payments to new dates or request a full refund of retreat fees paid.
We are not responsible for your airfare, ground transportation, or other personal travel costs.
Force majeure
Events outside our control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions) may require schedule or program changes. If a force-majeure event occurs, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to reschedule; your payments will transfer to the new dates. If rescheduling is not feasible, we will refund retreat fees paid. Travel costs remain your responsibility.
Travel insurance (strongly recommended)
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance within 14 days of your initial payment to maximize coverage (trip cancellation, interruption, medical, etc.). Choose a plan that covers pre-paid, non-refundable retreat fees.
“What if I’m introverted?” This retreat honors solitude as much as connection. Expect ample white space to dis-engage and reflect as well optional social time.
"What if I'm extroverted?" If the ample down-time we've worked into the schedule feels a bit uncomfortable, feel free to grab an extroverted peer and enjoy a peaceful walk or farm activity together.
“Will this be worth it financially?” Yes—investing in your growth compounds over time. You’ll leave with a focused, values-aligned 90-day plan and two big moves decided. That clarity alone pays for the trip. Plus, the investment you make to attend is tax deductible if you own your own business.
“Is this a networking event?” No. This is a curated circle. We screen for fit so the room compels honesty, generosity, and traction.
“I’m busy. Will I actually rest?” Yes. We design mornings for nature + stillness so your nervous system lands before we touch strategy.
“I’ve done retreats before. How is this different?” This experience is highly personalized and curated. With only 10 women, we get to dive deep. We get to experiment and push one another. This is where growth exponentializes and alignment flourishes. We will not talk "at you". We will co-create with you.
